秋天是南瓜成熟的季节。用金黄的南瓜做糯米团非常的漂亮!今天就跟大家分享南瓜糯米团。里面包上豆沙馅儿,最好吃了。
原料:糯米粉150g,粘米粉60g,白糖40g,南瓜250g,花生酱200g,椰蓉20g。
做法:1.把南瓜蒸熟并压碎。2.把南瓜泥,糯米粉,粘米粉,白糖等活成面团。3.分成小份儿,包入馅儿。4.蒸熟。5.裹上椰蓉即可。
