自己做得肉松面包卷，一口咬下去，肉松，沙拉酱，面包的香气非常浓郁，自己在家做，用料非常足，吃的也放心。这个肉松卷是节日期间很受欢迎的美食之一，同时也是孩子们放学之后最喜欢吃的。

加低筋面粉是减少面包的筋性，面包会更软一些。整形后，醒发好，放入提前预热好的烤箱，烤10分钟。

如果你不在意卡路里的话，可以多涂一点沙拉酱，涂的越多，粘的肉松就越多。自己决定抹多少吧！

配方：
高筋面粉 160克  bread flour 160g
低筋面粉 60克 cake flour 60g
糖 25克              sugar  25g
无盐黄油25克   unsalted butter 25g
酵母 4克            yeast 4g
盐 3克               salt  3g
鸡蛋一个          egg 1
奶粉 8克          dry milk  8g
