COVID-19 PANIC: What about the most essential?

New York City local grocery stores are either closed or semi-closed. The prices of the whatever left-over are price-gouged to ouching levels. Officials need to pay CLOSE attention to the real essentials. Without (affordable) food, people will drop dead like drops. All other evils will break loose. No April-fool about this.
