一般到了这个年龄，上升的空间不大了。

许多人就开始计划退休的事情了。

但是一辈子积累的科技经验很多！

这些经验对中国可以是很宝贵的教学资源。

他们回国任教，自己可以两方面获益：

1.  在国外提前退休（美国55岁就可以办理，401K 可以开始拿，有些限制但不是大事）

2.  在中国有一份工作收入

 

我想很多人应该愿意的！
