移民到加拿大之后，对我来说， 不是语言不通，不是工作难找，不是从原来的脑力劳动者转向体力劳动者的不适应，也不是牵肠挂肚地般思念家乡父老，而是过敏。

过敏（希腊语：?λλεργ?α； 德语、法语: Allergie；英语：allergy, allergic diseases）为人体接触环境中部分对一般人影响不大的过敏原因子后，所引发的一系列超敏反应现象，人体对于某些过度反应的现象，包含过敏性鼻炎、食物过敏、荨麻疹、异位性皮肤炎、哮喘与全身型过敏性反应等；症状可能有红眼、引起搔痒的皮疹、流鼻水、呼吸困难与肿胀等。食物耐受不佳与食物中毒是两种不一样的现象。

要去看医生，找出过敏原。有很多花，草，樹的花粉都是可查出来的。我对mites feces 过敏。要勤於换床单，被套，枕头套就可避免。
