少吃多餐 is exactly the cause of insulin resistance which leads to type2 diabetes. Patients should do the quite opposite, that is intermittent fasting, to increase the empty-stomach hours between meals. Aim to 12- 18- 24 hours fasting. Skip breakfast first, eat lunch and dinner and then gradually skip breakfast and lunch, only eat dinner for one meal a day. Also try not to eat sugar and carbs. Patients will lose fat, reduce glucose , manage insulin resistance in a months.

In order to have a healthy long life, the 2 most important things one can do are calorie restriction and intermittent fasting for insulin resistance. Everyone can get great results when you know what to eat and how often to eat. That's all.
