《costco买的加拿大北冰参的泡发方法》，做道海参红烧肉吃

周末去costoc买东西，看到了这个加拿大北冰参， 长相长得的不像海参
但是看在价格这么便宜的份上，我买了几袋，回家泡发做了海参红烧肉还挺好吃的
介绍一下泡发方法：

1泡 2 清洗  3  煮  4 泡发


说说海参红烧肉的做法：
食材：
五花肉  海参   胡萝卜 干贝  土豆 冻豆腐
先把切好洗干净的五花肉放铸铁锅里，放一点点油，很少的油即可，放入五花肉小火慢慢煸炒，可以看到锅里的油多了一点，这就是五花肉本身的油脂溶了出来，这样做可以减少油腻感，等到肥油大多靠出来之后，把锅里的油倒出。加入各种调料，等到肉炖到五成熟熟时，把海参放进去，接着炖。等到肉熟烂、海参软糯后，加入一点点盐调味，收汤汁即可出锅
