这就像夏天吃火锅，冬天吃冰激凌，以毒攻毒。这儿今天90多度，在充满冷气的屋子里吃碗热热辣辣的担担面和爽的，不次于吃冰激凌冰棍儿什么的 。。。
1. 我做完后的成品
2. 分解图嘿嘿，凡是外来的现成品，我经常要加工成我爱吃的口味口感。担担面比较老式正宗点的就是芽菜辣椒红油，葱香，没什么麻，也不加什么花生粉之类的
里边就是6包红油芽菜的料汁儿
3. 我自己放点葱白切的葱花（葱白最香），一点鸡精，一点老抽，把包料（红油芽菜）在锅里热一下也放入碗里
4. 单烧一壶开水，浇在汁上，这样才能带出葱花和芽菜的香味儿
5 煮好的面条捞出放汤碗里，撒上我简单炒好的肉末（我放葱姜少许老抽生抽一滴料酒，肉末用水淀粉抓一下），最后切点新鲜绿葱花做点缀，再加一小勺我腌的泡椒
6. 齐活儿，开吃！！ 吃的满头大汗，太爽啦！！！！！！！！！
7. 热天吃这个，绝对消暑！ 别老冷不丁吃或和很凉的冷食儿冷饮，心脏不好的一定要注意。
8. 歌曲，昨天有童鞋提到歌曲红梅赞，我也喜欢，来，回顾一下,我喜欢歌剧原唱，像彭丽媛等后来翻唱的我都不喜欢
