特简单。我放切碎的葱蒜，然后放盐，少许白糖盐。用香油和橄榄油混合加热放花椒，干红辣椒，油热后泼大切好丝的白菜上，最后撒一些白醋。吃前可放冰箱里30分钟，吃时很凉爽很脆！
