椒盐酥,实际上也是桃酥的一个变种,加上2g椒盐,1g盐,糖的分量减少一些。就变成了咸甜口味的中式小饼干。吃腻了甜的,换换口味也不错哦。
材料:可以做20个椒盐酥
中筋面粉:200g
鸡蛋:一个 糖:40g
泡打粉:4g
猪油:100g (可以用玉米油代替)
盐:1g
花椒粉:2g
黑芝麻:少量
成品颜色非常好看,咸甜酥香。
