材料 Ingredients:

paella专用短粒米 Arborio rice 300g （可供3-5个人吃）

藏红花 一小撮 Saffron

西班牙腊肠适量Spanish Chorizo Sausage

洋葱 一个

西红柿 2个

青豆适量

红椒 一个

虾 适量

海红（青口） 适量

干贝 适量

鱿鱼适量

海盐一小勺

柠檬一个lemon

欧芹 一小把

橄榄油 2大勺

白葡萄酒 100ml

鸡高汤 盖过米饭 (450ml左右）如果喜欢软一点的饭，可以适量在加一点汤

甜椒粉  1tsp

做法：

1.把准备好的食材切丁，大火炒一下，加入米和藏红花，加入适量的高汤

2.转小火煮20分钟，上面摆上切好的西班牙腊肠，把烫好的海虹加进来，汤汁大部分被米粒吸收，然后把所有的海鲜均匀的铺在饭上，接着煮15-20分钟

3.吃之前摆上切好的柠檬和欧芹就可以吃了
