          不用苏打粉、不用泡打粉，也不用酵母，一瓶可乐就能做非常好吃大的油炸饼，不需要任何添加剂，做法简单快捷。
做法；中筋面粉400克  盐3克  搅拌均匀
            将237毫升的可口可乐一半烧开  
            用烧开的可乐烫一半的面  另一半面粉用剩下的可乐和面   让后打入一个鸡蛋  
            搅成面絮状后  放入大约10克熟油  揉成面团  醒面1-2个小时
            切成4-8等份   擀成1-3毫米的饼坯  在上面划几刀
            油温185度时 关火  放入饼坯  炸至两面焦黄就好了
           炸好一张以后开火   等油温回升到185度时再关火放入另一张饼坯
