SUMMARY:今天(12月22日星期二)的房贷利率价格和昨天相比暂时还没有什么变化。目前加州重新贷款51万的利率,30年固定的零费用重贷利率仍为2.75%,15年固定为2.375%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍为2.5%,15年仍为2.25% with 0 point, plus closing cost。
