圣诞新年来临，做些应景节日美食。洁白的山药和糯米粉为原料，饼干模具做出洁白的雪花，姜饼人还有袜子，圣诞树，手套，拐杖等传统圣诞节装饰经典造型的糯米片糕，搭配蔓越莓糕的红色点缀人见人爱，卖相十足，是圣诞大餐桌上清香不甜腻的一道甜品。两片雪花，姜饼人造型夹裹鲜美猪肉鲜虾黄瓜鸡蛋馅做出独特的肉圆，软糯鲜香，好看有趣又健康美味。

山药蒸熟 约550克

糖25克

牛奶 25ml

糯米粉175克

菠菜粉，抹茶粉调绿色，红曲粉调红色

肉馅：猪肉，虾，黄瓜，鸡蛋，料酒，姜粉，白胡椒粉，盐，蚝油

蒸15-20分钟
