货真价实的【酸菜牛肉面】，酸酸辣辣，牛肉多多 (视频+图文)

材料 | Ingredients
牛的前胛肉切块 | beef chuck steak diced 1-2 lb
酸菜一包 | pickled mustard green 1 pkg
泡酸菜的汁 | keep the pickled juice
姜片 | ginger slices
蒜片 | garlic slices
泡辣椒/野山椒 | pickled peppers
花椒（牛肉焯水用） | Sichuan peppercorn for precook the beef
面条 | noodles

 

调味 | seasoning
盐、糖、胡椒粉适量 | salt, sugar, white pepper based on your taste
酱油、辣椒油自己决定 | soy sauce, hot oil optional
