1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon 1/4 cup water1 tbs corn starch
1 tsp light olive oil (for marinade)
for frying
2 tbs neutral oil (vegetable oil)
6-8 green onions
1 small white onion, sliced
2 garlic cloves, sliced
6-8 dried red pepper
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs sugar
