Mongolian Beef



Ingredients (mix the ingredients in the following order)

1/2 lb beef tenderloin, sliced thin


pinch of white pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 tbs soy sauce (for marinade)

1 tsp shaoxing cooking wine


1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp chicken bouillon 1/4 cup water1 tbs corn starch

1 tsp light olive oil (for marinade)

 
for frying

2 tbs neutral oil (vegetable oil)


6-8 green onions

1 small white onion, sliced

2 garlic cloves, sliced

6-8 dried red pepper

1 tbs soy sauce


1 tbs sugar
