1. 很好做，成品

 

 

2. 其实最好用土豆丁做，很好吃，家里当时没有，我用了扁豆。把菜，香菇土豆，绿菜花在锅里放油炒一下。然后淘米，平时蒸饭放的水量，稍微多一点点，把炒好的菜放进去，加点生抽和少量蚝油。就用电饭煲焖米饭呗，锅一响，饭就好了，米饭糯软有香菇的鲜香，因为不咸，单吃和就其他菜吃都不错：））
