         想吃毛血旺的时候，很多材料是买不到的。我用猪血代替鸭血，用自制的皮肚代替牛肚，做了一盆家庭版的毛血旺。看上去红艳艳的辣椒，是自己种的二荆条，但不很辣。我做毛血旺之前，家里人提出了两点要求，第一：不喜欢吃满口的香料味道，那么我就尽量少放佐料。第二：不要漂浮着一层红油的，不想吃太多的油，所以我浇油也不多。此菜基本上满足了家里人的要求，给我打了95分，哈哈哈，，，
