昨天有朋友发了个金丝面包，刚好我也做了个同款，也贴过来吧

我用了一个特别简单的面包配方，都是常用食材，也没有揉出手套膜，但是特别松软好吃

面团 

250g  面粉（中筋高筋都可以）
9g      鲜酵母 （或 3g 干酵母)
120g  冰牛奶 
1个    鸡蛋
30g    糖 
2g      盐
20g    无盐黄油 

馅

50g 椰蓉
45g 鸡蛋
30g 糖
20g 无盐黄油

 

 

这次揉面，特别记录了一下时间和速度，给大家做个参考

做法跟一般的吐司面包是一样的，面包一通百通的，差别基本就在整形

最近觉得绕毛线好玩，整形沿用了毛线球的做法

 

 

这个整形方法做手撕面包很合适，撕的过程那叫一个爽

这一层一层的丝啊，很治愈
