鲜活毛蚶浸泡清水里吐尽泥沙，用力搓洗让外壳洁净。放进滚水里烫开口，捞起放进冷水了浸泡洗净，沥干水份摆盘。

用厨房纸吸干水份。。。

腌渍料 - 酱油，鱼露，醋，辣椒粉，葱末，辣椒末，蒜蓉。
