        生菜喜冷凉环境，种子在4℃时即可发芽，发芽适温18-22℃。生菜生长适宜温度为15℃-20℃，生长快又不爱招虫子 ，生育期90-100天。第一次种生菜可以买种子或者买苗，也可以把买回家的生菜根泡上，等到根须长出来之后移栽到花盆或者地里，就能开花打籽了。生菜原产中海沿岸，由野生种驯化而来。古希腊人、罗马人最早食用。生菜按形态分结球生菜、皱叶生菜和直立生菜，根据品种不同，可以生吃也可以熟食。脆嫩爽口，略有甜味，喜欢的话，种几棵吧。
