下面4个动作,在工作累的时候做一下,一共不到一分钟可以完成,注意呼吸的时候用鼻子吸气,做完神清气爽,肩颈放松,比伸懒腰美观有效很多。

10:00 【8 次】x3 推手 肩膀下沉。用大胳膊和呼吸(让氧气进入手臂),让大胳膊带动小胳膊,像推开一扇门。
13:17 【4次每侧】手指尖仿佛碰到天花板(手臂变长),一次比一次长。肩膀一次比一次低。通畅呼吸。
16:19 【10次】肩膀,脖子拉长。胳膊肘把胳膊和手腕拎起来(不要太过 像乌鸦)。呼吸上,吸气下。不要用手腕力量
17:50 【8 次】 天鹅臂 8 x 3, 如同充气,头钻出来
