Habits to implement

As we all know, good habits are important for us to live in good, happy and productive life. I like to develop some good habits so that I can be more happy, fulfilling, and productive in the rest of my life. 
I know and you know,  most successful people have implemnted those goods habits in the very earlier stage of their lives, that's the reasons they are so successful. I really admire those people and god bless them. I like to cultivate the following good habits so that I can live in fulfilling and productive life to the end of my days. The habits are coding, reading, practising speaking, moving and meditation, writing, reviewing. Below are the details on how I can implemnt them.
1. Coding two hours per day during my peak time, which is usually from getting up and before my work- 7:00am thru 9:00 am. (2 hrs)
2. Reading at least one hour a day during or aroound luch hour. The  interesting of areas could be tech trends, food and healty, learning skill, neuron tech and brain science, AI, investment, and etc. (1 hr)
3. Practicing good speaking skills by inmitating good speaker, explaining things , talking to a duck(no timing restriction)
4. Moving and meditation.  Do strech, walking, weight lift, standing while on a computer. My goal is to stay healthy, fit, and energetic, to reach the state of "ageless body, timeless mind." (1 hr)
5. Write at least one hour a day before bed. My goal is to become a good writer and even to publish a book.  The things to write about include  new things learned during the day, self reflection, new idea or thought of the day, daily apreciateion and gratitude, small daily (1 hr)
achievement, things make me happy and laugh, and so much more. 
6. Review my habits and goal on daily basis. (5 minutes)

Those are the major habits I want to develop and stick to. There are some more small habits I will talk about later.

我知道,你也知道,大多数成功人士在他们生命的早期阶段就养成了这些好习惯,这就是他们如此成功的原因。我真的很佩服这些人,愿上帝保佑他们。我喜欢培养以下好习惯,这样我才能过上充实而富有成效的生活,直到生命的尽头。习惯是编码、阅读、练习口语、移动和冥想、写作、复习。以下是有关我如何实施它们的详细信息。
1. 在我的高峰时间每天编码两个小时,通常是起床和上班前 - 上午 7:00 到上午 9:00。 (2 小时)
2. 每天至少在午饭时间或午饭前后阅读一小时。感兴趣的领域可能是技术趋势、食品和健康、学习技能、神经元技术和脑科学、人工智能、投资等(1 小时)
3.通过模仿好说话者,解释事情,与鸭子交谈来练习良好的口语技巧(没有时间限制)
4. 移动和冥想。做伸展运动、步行、举重、站在电脑前。我的目标是保持健康、健美、精力充沛,达到“身体不老,心不老”的状态。 (1 小时)
5. 每天至少写一小时。我的目标是成为一名优秀的作家,甚至出版一本书。写的东西包括白天学到的新东西,自我反思,一天的新想法,每天的欣赏和感激, 成就,事情让我开心和开怀大笑,等等。(1 小时)
6. 每天回顾我的习惯和目标。 (5分钟)

这些是我想要养成并坚持的主要习惯。还有一些小习惯我后面再讲。
