不用揉面的椰蓉奶酥面包，满满馅料，吃起来超级过瘾

这种面包，吃的时候就不要考虑热量了

 

 

配方：

面团：
300g 高筋面粉
25g 糖
20g 奶粉 
3g 干酵母
1个 鸡蛋
160g 牛奶
20g 融化的无盐黄油
2g 盐

奶酥椰蓉馅:
70g 室温软化的无盐黄油
40g 糖
140g 椰蓉
50g 奶粉 
2/3 鸡蛋液
10ml 牛奶
0.5g 盐

面包表面刷 1/3 全蛋液

烤箱预热 180C/355F
中层, 180C 烤20分钟到表面金黄
