今天和大家分享一道陕南宁强的特色小吃核桃馍。

这个核桃馍之所以独特一是它结合了蒸馍的绵软荃香和烙馍的酥脆， 第二就是它满满的核桃纯香。做到第一点的关键是面餳发时间和烘烤的时间，第二点的关键是油酥的火候和核桃仁的处理。

很多去过陕南宁强的人吃过这个核桃馍后就再也忘不了了，今天把它展现出来为的就是要把这个方子留下来。过去小时候吃的是用锅炕的，火候还真的是技术活。我发现用烤箱更快更能保证出来的效果。我做的是咸的，你也可做成甜的，但咸的口感更好。

这个核桃馍揉面发面的要求不高，大家可以试试，一定和曾经吃过的核桃馍都不一样。这个馍既可以当早餐，也可以当零食享用。
