           土豆是平民百姓的主要食材，土豆和山药放在一起，就把普通的食材做出了高级宾馆招牌菜的美味。可以根据个人喜好变换做甜口味或咸口味的。做法上没有什么技巧，有了打蛋器会提高效率，若是手工打发蛋白，需要很长时间。另外就是烘烤时间，要根据烤箱的不同功率调整烘烤时间
