鸡胸肉切丝，用盐，胡椒粉，麻油，太白粉腌制。

面条烫熟

高汤烧开，放进佐料烫煮，加生抽，盐，糖，白胡椒粉，镇江醋调味，用太白粉水勾薄芡，淋于面条上拌均即可。
