【舌尖上的家常菜 - 小有仪式感的火山土豆泥】

 

这是从黄磊的深夜食堂学来的一道操作简单却小有仪式感的菜品，用这道菜开发“亲子时光”也不错。https://www.xiachufang.com/recipe/106029261/

这道菜真的简单。土豆洗好，打皮，切片，上锅蒸熟。

用勺子背碾碎，拍成火山环状，然后用叉子背从下向上捋出岩缝印。

把买来的速冻混合青豆，玉米粒、胡萝卜粒解冻，和西红柿酱一起调出喜欢的酱汁，酱汁的调制过程与调制意大利面的酱汁差不多，我会在出锅前加一点黑胡椒，很提味。

然后，像视频一样把酱汁浇在土豆泥上。这一步可以让家里的小朋友来做。：）
