水油面团:
300克中筋面粉
175-180克水(看面粉的吸水量而定)
20克糖
40克食用油或者猪油
油酥面团:
150克中筋面粉
75克食用油或者猪油
糖內馅(也可以换成你喜欢的馅料)
100克白砂糖
30克面粉
做法:
提前做好,水油皮,酥皮,糖馅,包好之后,中火烙,两面金黄酥脆即可,或者放入提前预热好的烤箱烤20分钟
