联合国投票----人以群分物以类聚

联合国大会投票通过暂停俄罗斯在联合国人权理事会的成员资格。

这项由美国推动的投票，在联合国大会获93票赞成，24票反对及58个国家弃权，获得通过。中国投了反对票。决议草案指出，深切关注乌克兰持续出现的人权及人道危机。

乌克兰指控俄罗斯军队在布查镇蓄意杀害平民，引发多国谴责，俄方否认。这次是历来第二次有国家被暂停联合国人权理事会成员资格，对上一次是2011年的利比亚。

根据这项决议，联合国大会“决定将暂停俄罗斯在联合国人权理事会的成员资格。同时决议文案中称，联合国大会决定”在必要时重新考虑这个问题“。

决议草案是一系列西方国家发起，包括美国、乌克兰和拉脱维亚。西方采取这一措施原因是俄罗斯在乌克兰境内的做法。

据悉，联合国大会主席表示，俄罗斯在这份决议后仍然保留人权理事会的席位，但剥夺投票权和发言权。
