面团材料 ： 全部烫种 、高筋面粉 430g、可可粉20g、巧克力酱25g、牛奶 100g、无糖酸奶 100g、鸡蛋 2pc、糖 50g、酵母 5g、盐 4g、黄油 45g

烫种 : 高筋面粉 50g、糖 5g、盐 1g、开水 50g

方子中的量可做一盘28*28cm的小餐包或两个450克的吐司

放入预热好的烤箱，350°F(175°C）烤25分钟左右。烤到10分钟左右时表面覆盖一张锡纸。
