Not only your muscles and cells get stronger, your gut buddies also benefit when you exercise and repay you by fixing up their home (especially when you exercise against gravity because this stresses - and therefore strengthens - more of your muscles)

5-minute Exercise plan:

a1) 30 seconds: Jog in Place

a2) 30 seconds: Jumping Jacks

b) Second minute: Bicycle Crunches

  -- Speed is not your friend

  -- Lock your position on top for 1 sec

  -- Feel the engagement of you ab muscles as you lift

c) Third minute: Push-ups

  -- Torso (trunk) and thigh as one unit to lift off the ground

d) Fourth minute: Squats & Towel Pull

  -- Towel really tight all the time

  -- Head lifted

  -- Chest forward

  -- Slowly bend your knees

e) Fifth minute: Heart rate back down & Relaxation

  -- Deep inhale with nose

  -- Deep exhale with mouth

  -- Relax all muscles
