5-minute Exercise plan:
a1) 30 seconds: Jog in Place
a2) 30 seconds: Jumping Jacks
b) Second minute: Bicycle Crunches
-- Speed is not your friend
-- Lock your position on top for 1 sec
-- Feel the engagement of you ab muscles as you lift
c) Third minute: Push-ups
-- Torso (trunk) and thigh as one unit to lift off the ground
d) Fourth minute: Squats & Towel Pull
-- Towel really tight all the time
-- Head lifted
-- Chest forward
-- Slowly bend your knees
e) Fifth minute: Heart rate back down & Relaxation
-- Deep inhale with nose
-- Deep exhale with mouth
-- Relax all muscles
