披萨可以一次发酵， 就是和面， 擀成圆， 发酵， 撒料， 烘烤；也可以二次发酵， 就是和面， 发酵， 排气擀成圆， 发酵(上班族这一步可以放冰箱）， 撒料， 烘烤， 二次发酵的口感更蓬松， 一次发酵的饼底更薄一些。 上班族如果24h之后再烤， 可以适当的减少酵母的用量哦！
