玉米控进来 用新鲜的玉米做面包 真的非常好吃 软的不像话做法简单 

 

新鲜的玉米去皮，我喜欢用新鲜的玉米来做，甜甜的脆脆的

 

面用的中筋面粉，手揉配方，也可以用面包机更方便

里面包裹着玉米和美乃滋酱

看好的面包非常软

 

 

面发起来以后，揉面排气，多揉面团组织更细腻，擀开擀薄，分成六等份

擀卷两次，这样面包层次多，

 

 

 

 

面包需要的食材有：

新鲜玉米 两根

美乃滋 20G

2tbsp sugar   35g 糖  

All purpose flour 250g 中筋面粉

1tsp dry yeast  酵母 4g

Egg 1pc鸡蛋 一颗

1/4cup sugar  糖 35g

1/2cup mil

牛奶 110g

Salt 1/4tsp  3g 盐

 

Unsalted Butter 2.5tbsp

无盐黄油 25g
