我的行为：参加读书会，听讲座，读书学习. 目的是让自己活得更开心，努力提升跟家人朋友之间的关系；提高自己的情商解决各种问题，开心幸福的过好每一天；帮助自己，帮助家人，也帮助这个社会；
感受：是开心的，感觉通过学习使自己的生活质量提高了
观点：通过学习能够更好地了解自己，更好的为自己服务（已经有很多进步）；通过学习与倾听对方，能够更好地理解别人，为什么别人会有这样的反应，与别人有更好的链接（这个还需要有很长的路要走）
期待：对自己的期待是继续学习继续成长，提升自己的能力；对别人的期待是希望得到尊重理解，也希望能够对别人有所影响
渴望：渴望被认同，被尊重，认为自己是可爱的，有价值的，有能力做到自己想做的
我的核心：我是很爱自己的，我的家人朋友也是爱我的，我很有价值，我也是有能力的[玫瑰][玫瑰][爱心][爱心]
