I wrote a blog in April, "爱罗马胜于爱凯撒", suggesting a potential mutiny in Russia. In the end, the fact that Yevgeny Prigozhin had been no Brutus did ease to Biden and grace to the world.

Whichever way it goes, one thing is for certain: since he took control of Russia over 20 years ago, Putin, for the first time, has started to show his weakness and vulnerability in this still ongoing ordeal, which can be fatal, politically as much as physically, for the top guy in a country like Russia.
