Taking a nap everyday is not easy to do in this country. Most people work from morning till late afternoon and then have to take after family members, picking up children, making dinner, etc... There's no time to take a nap except for maybe one day in a week. My work schedule starts at 7:30 am and ends at 3 pm, then my children will be back home. The school I work at is very close to my home, a total of 3 minutes driving. So I probably have 20 to 30 minutes of gap to lay down and rest before the school bus with my sons arrives on my street. That is really lucky! Most working people don't have that 20 minutes of luxury. They either get off at 5 pm or have to drive for 20 minutes back home.
