I don't care about getting Chinese food either. There's nothing special about Chinese food. It's just some old habits that could be gotten rid of. My children don't like Chinese food, especially the stir fries. So after a while, maybe a decade, there's no longer any Chinese food in my home anymore. My rule of cooking is the easier it is to make, the better. So Chinese food definitely doesn't fit into my style. The materials are hard to get and it takes too much time, and there's no satisfying customer for the product!
I still like eating noodles, soba or ramen Japanese style. Easy peasy, a bag of dried noodles can last for a month. To other kinds of Chinese food, I'd rather just say bye-bye to them. I don't have time to study the cuisine art and I don't have a craving for any sort of food. Anything is ok as long as it keeps me alive.
