我们分享如何用 Trader Joe's 的低脂Pizza Dough 来制作多层葱油饼。这个多层葱油饼做法更为简单，外脆里软，趁热吃真是好吃。凉了以后，吃的时候，放进微波炉转30秒，一样的好吃。

Ingredients: （1 bag Pizza Dough make 8 Scallion pancake）

1 bag Pizza Dough 1 LB - 1袋Pizza面团1磅

4 Scallion- 4根 葱

油酥

3tbsp oil - 3大勺油

1/3 cup all-purpose flour - 1/3杯中筋面粉

1tsp pepper salt - 1小勺 椒盐

1 cup Scallion - 1杯 青葱圈

 

油条

老北京椒盐芝麻酱烧饼

麻花
