【铁板肥牛饭】家庭简易版，原来做法如此简单（图文+视频）

    一直很喜欢铁板肥牛饭，特别是当服务员把铁板端来，当着我们的面把酱汁浇在铁板上发出“吱吱”的声响，别提有多诱人了。其实铁板肥牛饭的做法非常简单，家里没有铁板用平底铁锅就可以了。几十刀一份的肥牛饭在家自己做，几刀就能做一家三口的家庭装，在物价飞涨的今天还是得算一算这个小帐。

材料：

主材：米饭、肥牛卷

配料：玉米粒、葱、蒜、黄油

酱汁：料酒1大勺、味淋1大勺、生抽2大勺、糖1小勺、黑胡椒粉
