银行appraisal下来了,说我卖房33万,不值那价。
他说:31.5万是他的估价值。
问题来了,这1万5的差价,agent说:买家和卖家各让一半!
agent说的轻松,买家卖家都不愿多付8000元啊!又不是agent出钱!
这桩买卖,也许黄了,如果,不通过,买家借不到如期的贷款。。。。。。。。
