蛋炒饭！最简单也最困难！

嘿！蛋炒饭！最简单也最困难！
当你把它吃到嘴里的时候，因为盐的刺激，
你首先品尝到的一定是有着蛋香味儿的鸡蛋，和带着焦香味的葱花；
然后随着盐味的转移，加上淀粉酶分解淀粉，
紧接着你品尝到了米饭的香甜。

从蛋香，到葱油的香味儿，再到米饭的香甜，
这些味道在你的舌尖上完成了过度和传递，
味觉的时间差，造就了它的层次感。

所有的这些味道在你口中升华，就好像一个故事，
每一个情节丝丝入扣，循序渐进，
随着一口蛋炒饭吞咽下肚，把这个故事推向了高潮，
它所带来的满足和舒适，让人陶醉在美食的世界里。

如何制作中式蛋炒饭
配料：
2 个鸡蛋
1/8 茶匙或少于 1 克的盐
几根葱
1 碗米饭
黑胡椒（可选）

鸡蛋里放一丢丢盐，据说一个人一天只能吃2g盐，所以再炒的时候就不要再放盐了，鸡蛋就着米饭吃，咸度正好，上面那一大盘子，Xwill全部吃完！多放点油好吃，先炒鸡蛋，再放米饭，最后放葱花，放了葱花就可以关火了，余热再翻炒一下就可以起锅了。
