花街现在开始炒作衰退题材，小罗的跌幅会比不降息更惨。九月降息可能也救不了小罗。 IWM下方的跳空缺口203-207可能明天就被补掉。在200附近短线可能会有反弹。反弹是减仓的机会。YMYD。
