冰岛央行将关键利率从12%上调至18%大|中|小2008年10月28日18:17
冰岛央行(CentralBankofIceland)周二将关键利率从12%上调至18%的纪录高点，从而逆转了本月早些时候的大幅减息举措。分析师们表示，此举可能是国际货币基金组织(InternationalMonetaryFund,简称IMF)的要求所致。
冰岛央行曾于10月15日将基准利率下调3.5个百分点，直至12%；希望以此缓解金融危机给冰岛经济带来的冲击。
