受今年第16号超强台风“罗莎”影响，杭州两日来连降大雨、暴雨，降水量达118.6毫米。8日，城西老河山一带山体上的雨水顺着沿山公路下泻，致使低洼处的西溪路、天目山路变成河流，汪洋一片，主干道天目路与紫荆花路路口最深处达70-80公分，很多车辆溺水。据悉，在各相关部门组织求援下，目前市区交通已开始缓解。
