2008年5月30日，墨西哥，昨日（5月29日）豪华邮轮“海洋幻丽号”到达墨西哥岛屿“Port of Cozumel”，应届12名准香港小姐也随即登陆进行外景拍摄。面对绝美的阳光与海滩，12名佳丽三度穿上比基尼一展身段。

期间举行了颁奖仪式，由曾志伟及钱嘉乐颁给在连日活动中胜出的一组佳丽，她们赢得六万元现金奖。当嘉乐把星形奖牌挂上身穿三点式、上围迫爆的高海宁脖子上时，他见奖牌贴在高海宁心口，即鬼马地笑说：“你自己整整它啦！”其后问高海宁如何运用二万元现金？她不假思索便说：“我会捐给四川灾民。”
