成龙最近好事不断，不仅获封荣誉教授，同时表示将做电视剧《少林寺》的监制，而日前他又在北京砸4000万元人民币购买了豪宅，高档直比豪华饭店。而随后，有记者就曝光了成龙在世界各地的几处主要豪宅。坐落于北京东直门内NAGA上院豪宅价值上亿元，总面积1200平方米，据成龙说，所在的那栋楼里有8个朋友买了房；而位于美国好莱坞明星的聚居地比华利山的豪宅，足足占地3万平方尺，价值670万美元，里面除了五个独立大套房外，还有大厅、客厅、饭厅、家庭娱乐室、按摩泳池及恒温酒窖等设备；成龙在澳大利亚也有豪宅。
