2009年3月21日讯，香港，李嘉欣与许晋亨（亨亨）拍拖以来，喜欢做真人恩爱秀，早前两人正式结为夫妻，却更爱人前炫耀恩爱，早前嘉欣跟公公许世勋到马场拉头马时，全程以手掩肚，令怀孕消息不胫而走，及后又有报道指嘉欣计划人工受孕生龙凤胎，对于种种传闻，亨亨都笑而不答。

日前，亨亨与嘉欣及其姐姐，一同前往中环购物。嘉欣全程挽到亨亨，如做秀般。未知什么缘故，嘉欣当日走得特别慢，十足孕妇般，及后，3人便一同走到附近的名店Joyce，一逛就逛了1个多小时，离开时，嘉欣笑容满面，不停跟店员道别，显然心情极好。跟姐姐道别后，嘉欣又拖住亨亨继续逛，惟恐无人知夫妻感情好！
