不得不说，这是一个非常令人惊讶的创意，也是一个令所有男人注目的创意。 11月16日，基辅，乌克兰科教部门口一群乌克兰人用这样吸引眼球的行动抗议日趋严重的乌克兰高等教育机构内部向女学生进行“性勒索”的丑陋行为。

他们希望通过这种形式引起乌克兰正义人士的注意。

女权组织把此项行动称之为“А-та-та”运动。

乌克兰高校系统中各位衣冠楚楚的院长，校长及教授们利用职权向女学生“性勒索”的丑闻愈演愈烈。
