China’s aircraft carriers and warships are sitting ducks in front of the US navy. To prevent future large scale conflicts at sea that could result in heavy casualties to China, the US should launch preemptive surgical strikes against carefully chosen Chinese targets to send Xi a warning shot, in a Shock and Awe campaign.
